Mold processing

Our focus lies in the design and optimization of reflectors, lenses, illumination, lasers, and imaging, among other areas. Nano Vacuum Metalizing

Our collaboration with Leybold brand vacuum equipment from Germany provides substantial support to our coating processes. Our skilled team adeptly applies these techniques under optimal conditions, ensuring each coating attains peak performance. This includes achieving a remarkable maximum of 97% light optical reflection (LOR), adhesion tests, salt spray tests, resistance to discoloration tests, high-temperature tests, and more. To uphold exterior quality, we've invested in two 100,000-class (10^5) cleanrooms spanning 3,000 square meters, complete with automated cleaning equipment. This setup ensures the appearance quality throughout the entire coating process.
